In this talk I will present a current status of the two-phase
(liquid/gas) detector developments at the BINP, Novosibirsk.
Motivated by solar neutrino detection, dark matter search and PET for
medical application we study the possibility to develop the two-phase
detectors with pure noble gases (Ar,Kr,Xe). The primary ionization is
amplified by multi-GEM structure in such a detector. The recent results
are discussed.
