The presentation will describe main activities related to SOI detector research and development carried out in AGH University of Science and Technology and Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences, Cracow, Poland.
After short introduction, the talk will concentrate on several topics related to design and measurements of SOI detector prototypes. At first, SOI pixel detector prototypes designed in Cracow will be presented together with short description of plans for the next submission. Next, the design of 10 bit Successive Approximation Register Analog-to-Digital Converter (SAR ADC) will be described. After that, progress on design of a bandgap voltage reference together with absolute temperature sensor (PTAT) will be presented. Recent results of measurements showing average temperature coefficient of -35  μV/K will be discussed. Finally, a current status of a digital library design along with test structures’ measurements results will be shown.
